Thank you for listening to HeartsART Radio. This page contains information for using RealPlayer to listen to HeartsART Radio. Although we broadcast exclusively using the Windows Media format, it is possible to listen to this format with RealPlayer. If you are having problems installing or using the Windows Media Player, then RealPlayer is a good alternative. These instructions apply equally to Macintosh, Windows, and other operating systems.

Download RealPlayer Here. Get the latest version of the FREE RealPlayer. To get the free version click carefully to select the free version and not the plus version which costs $19.95.

INSTALL SETTINGS:

During installation you may have the opportunity to select media formats for the real player to support. Be sure to select "Window Media". If you have already installed RealPlayer or missed the option to select "Window Media" during install, you can select this option in your preferences:

1. Open Real Player
2. Select: Tools, Preferences...
3. In the category tree on the left pane, select: Content, Media Types
4. Check the box next to "Windows Media"

Test that RealPlayer is working by clicking on any of the listening links in HeartsART Radio. The RealPlayer should start up and begin playing HeartsART Radio.
